The MedAlert eRx website is a platform that allows customers to get in touch with their friendly pharmacists with a click of their fingers.
How do I place an order?
You can place your order in two ways: you can upload a photo of your prescription or you can look for your medicine in the search bar by typing the generic name or brand. Next, enter your delivery details and expect a call from our partner pharmacist.
Where do you deliver to, and how much is it?
Our deliveries are limited to Metro Manila only. To ensure efficient delivery, there is a corresponding fixed rate of Php 80.00.
When can I expect delivery?
When your order is placed before 12:00 noon, you can expect your delivery within the same day. Otherwise, expect your delivery within the next 24 hours. We deliver from Mondays to Saturdays, except on public or national holidays.
Can I avail of my Senior Citizen or PWD Discount?
Yes, you can! Upload your ID in the website, along with your prescription. Make sure to present your ID and purchasing booklet upon delivery.
What do I have to prepare for the delivery?
If your medicine order needs prescription, make sure to present the physical copy of your prescription. If you have availed of the Senior Citizen or PWD Discount, make sure to present your ID and purchasing booklet upon arrival of the rider.
It’s been more than 24 hours and I still haven’t received any call, what do I do?
Please send us an email at erx-support@medalert.ph so we can look into it as soon as possible.
What if I can’t be there to receive my order?
No problem! Just indicate the receiving person when you place your order, and ask that person to present his or her ID upon arrival of delivery.
What happens if no one received the order?
We will have a second chance delivery on the following working day. Failure to receive the package during this delivery will render your order void.
How do I pay?
For now, we only accept cash payment upon order delivery to your delivery address. Just indicate how much change should we prepare upon delivery for a simple and secure transaction. Upon delivery, you will be given a purchase and delivery receipts, and will be asked to sign an acknowledgement receipt.
What happens if I fail to leave my payment?
We will have a second chance delivery on the following working day. Failure to receive the package during this delivery will render your order void.
What is your return policy?
For any discrepancy of products delivered or for any other valid reason, you may request for exchange or refund by sending an email at erx-support@medalert.ph.
What do I do if I received the wrong package or defective items?
Kindly tell our rider immediately upon receipt and we will sort it out for you as soon as possible.
